Our experience was very quick and easy! Many times we have bought a car and it could take 6 PLUS hours just to end up leaving without a vehicle. That was not the case here at Majeski! We worked with John Watts and he was great! We told him what we were looking for, he found exactly what we were looking for AND he found it in our price range, we went for a test drive, came back, discussed pricing , we even have a vehicle to trade in and normally that takes significantly longer, but after all is said and done it has only been 2 hours! Next time we are looking for a vehicle we will definitely be coming back to Majeski.

I am a no non-sense person, decision maker, non-game player when it comes to buying a car. Those qualities helped my buying experience here at Majeski Motors of Sterling, IL. The salesman, John Watts, allowed me to look at the vehicle, including test drive, without standing over me. That gave me the freedom to thoroughly look over the vehicle with no pressure. Once I decided I liked it, I explained I never make a hasty decision and must sleep on it - no issues from the dealership...you know like those others who try to stop you from walking out the door?...Didn't happen here. As a matter of fact, when I told them I was going to check the book value out of fairness to both them and me...they offered a print out of all the options the vehicle had so I could do a fair analysis. I understand the dealer is there to make money, but I wanted to control how much...;it's that simple. The next day, as I promised, I let them know where I stood with a book value. They offered to work wi th me to try to come to some agreement...which I was obviously ok with. And...no sitting there playing the game of the salesman running back and forth to the manager with offers going both ways...instead, John an d I texted back and forth! Wonderful...I could continue on with my day without my time being wasted. And wouldn't you know it...we came to a Happy Medium on price. I feel there goal is not to just sell me a car, but have return business. One final step...you know how a dealer will "blast" your credit report when searching a loan for you? I asked for them not to do that and only go to their top credit provider...they honored the request. I did not want my score affected by the "blasting" of inquiries. I guess that's it...from this you can tell I bought the car. :) I strongly recommend giving Majeski Motors, specifically - John Watts - a chance on your next car buying experience. Blake Majeski was awesome to work with!! When I arrived for my appointment for a test drive Blake greeted me with a smile and a handshake. He was very professional. He also, informed me that the vehicle that I was originally scheduled to test drive had to be taken to service due to having a couple of leaks but he had another option for me to look at. We went to the Dixon lot to get the 2nd option for me to test drive as soon as we left the lot with the vehicle I was in heaven. The 2nd option that I test drove was my dream vehicle and I fell in love with it. We arrived back at the Sterling lot and about an hour and a half later I was purchasing my dream vehicle. I did leave my new vehicle at the lot so that the Majeski team could detail it and I went back 2 days later to pick it up and fell in love with it all over again.
